Groups Allege Carriers Violated Privacy Law by Sharing Location Data

Intelligence and law enforcement agencies have used Section 702 to unlawfully spy on people in the United States, including protesters and sitting members of Congress.

“The [FCC] is protecting millions of hard-working families from bill shock that would force many to curtail or drop important broadband and wireless services,” said Free Press Senior Advisor S. Derek Turner.
