Tell the Senate: Not One Cent for ICE
The Department of Homeland Security is actively surveilling and terrorizing people of color, immigrant communities and anyone else who seeks to hold it accountable. Our constitutional rights and our very lives are at stake.
Urge the Senate to rescind funding for ICE — and oppose any new funding for the agency — before more innocent people are detained, more families are separated and more lives are lost.
To Members of the Senate:
The Department of Homeland Security is terrorizing our communities. It is violating fundamental human and civil rights. DHS agencies like ICE and CBP are unlawfully surveilling and attacking immigrants, people of color and anyone who attempts to document or protest these agencies’ brutal violence. These agencies are lying to the American public, and threatening both professional journalists and community members documenting and reporting on Homeland Security’s lies and abuses.
You have the power and moral responsibility to end illegal surveillance and state-sponsored terror in our communities. Vote ‘no’ on any proposal that funds DHS, including the violent and deadly operations of ICE and CBP in Minneapolis and other cities.
