Amicus Brief Supporting TikTok in Appeals-Court Case

The Knight First Amendment Institute, Free Press and PEN America filed an amicus brief supporting TikTok and a group of content creators. The groups urged the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit to reject the TikTok ban.
