ABC has finally learned that bullies don’t stop when companies cower in a corner.

Disney is mounting its most aggressive pushback yet against Donald Trump’s attempts to censor his critics.

ABC has accused the FCC of attempting to “chill critical protected speech.”

ABC accused the FCC of taking actions that “threaten to upend decades of settled law and practice and chill critical protected speech.”

ABC is fighting back against the Trump administration’s attempt to police broadcast-television content, saying in a filing that the FCC is violating the First Amendment.

Free Press says that FCC Chairman Carr’s proposal would mean more procedural hurdles for those seeking to obtain support through the federal Lifeline program.

Carr wants to scare off those who are understandably afraid that the simple act of applying for Lifeline benefits could result in their unlawful arrest and deportation.

“Today, 42 Democrats joined 192 Republicans to co-sign Donald Trump and Stephen Miller’s domestic surveillance agenda, jeopardizing the civil rights and liberties of every person in the United States,” says Jenna Ruddock.
