After successfully lobbying to kill Net Neutrality and broadband-privacy protections, the company this week took out a full-page ad in papers ranging from the New York Times to the Washington Post.

As Democrats in the Senate work to push forward a resolution that would stop the FCC from killing Net Neutrality, multiple lawsuits were filed Tuesday by different groups with that same goal in mind.
