PRESS ADVISORY: Sept. 3 at Noon — Block the Merger #NoConcessions Action
Spokespeople representing the Block the Merger coalition will be on hand with others outside Paramount Studios tomorrow to thank state attorneys general for holding firm in their lawsuit to block the $111 billion Paramount-Warner Bros. merger, and to call on them to continue resisting what they have called Paramount “blackmail.”
This merger is unfair to workers and consumers, with a Los Angeles county report finding thousands of jobs will be lost. The case must proceed without concessions.
