Tell Congress to Demand Answers from Brendan Carr
Jimmy Kimmel might be back on the air, but his suspension was a blatant act of government censorship and corporate capitulation. It would have never happened without Trump FCC Chairman Brendan Carr threatening to pull TV broadcast licenses, literally saying “we can do this the easy way or the hard way.”
Carr is unfit for duty and must answer for his corruption. Tell your members of Congress to hold him accountable in the name of free speech.

FCC Chairman Brendan Carr’s actions around the Jimmy Kimmel suspension are beyond the pale. The American people saw him violate his oath to protect and defend the U.S. Constitution as he overtly threatened and intimidated broadcasters into silencing free speech. Regardless of which party holds power in D.C., the federal government should not be in the business of censoring differing opinions.
Congress must swiftly hold hearings with Brendan Carr to hold him accountable, or risk undermining the First Amendment freedoms that are essential to a healthy democracy.
Summon Chairman Carr to Capitol Hill and demand answers for his abuse of office.
