Hey NBC: 'Erase the Hate' Starts at Home

Free Press and our allies were excited to learn that NBCUniversal had revived “Erase the Hate,” a campaign designed to “support and celebrate those taking action in the fight against hate.”

The company even recognized our Change the Terms campaign, which we launched in October alongside more than 40 civil- and human-rights organizations to disrupt the spread of online hate.

Then a disturbing hypocrisy was revealed.
