Mayors of 11 cities have signed a new pledge vowing to refuse to do business with internet service providers that don’t support Net Neutrality.

Twelve lawsuits filed against the FCC over its Net Neutrality repeal have been consolidated into one suit that will be heard at a federal appeals court in California.

Under a nonprofit called the Coalition for Internet Openness, the companies said they filed a petition with the Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit today requesting the court review the FCC’s decision.

In a petition filed in the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals, Etsy and five other companies contend that the FCC lacked a good reason for the Net Neutrality repeal. The new petition against the FCC joins similar complaints filed by 23 attorneys general, advocacy group Free Press and tech companies Mozilla and Vimeo.
