Net Neutrality: States, Public-Interest Groups File Lawsuits to Stop the FCC From Killing the Open Internet

As Democrats in the Senate work to push forward a resolution that would stop the FCC from killing Net Neutrality, multiple lawsuits were filed Tuesday by different groups with that same goal in mind.
