Pai Appears Set to Remake Ownership Rules Landscape

FCC Chairman Pai told a House oversight committee hearing that he plans to bring to a vote at the Commission’s Nov. 16 meeting an order that would abolish the newspaper-broadcast cross-ownership rule. Also in the crosshairs is the radio-television cross-ownership rule.
