Tell the FCC: Stop Harassing ABC
FCC Chairman Brendan Carr is abusing his power to punish broadcasters for speech that Trump dislikes. He is violating the First Amendment and jeopardizing our democracy.
Carr has repeatedly attacked ABC and opened at least three dubious investigations in response to Trump’s complaints about the network’s news and entertainment programming.
The chairman even took the unprecedented step of forcing ABC’s broadcast licenses into an early FCC renewal process, earning bipartisan condemnation.
These baseless probes are part of Carr’s efforts to wield total control over what the public sees and hears. Tell the FCC to stop its unconstitutional attacks on ABC.

The FCC should not punish broadcasters for speech the president dislikes. It is your duty to uphold the First Amendment — not act as speech police.
