Dana works with the policy team to research and advocate for communications-policy solutions that serve the public interest. She has written extensively on issues of broadband access and affordability, runaway media consolidation and Net Neutrality. A former Free Press intern, she earned her B.A. in communications and public service at the University of Pennsylvania, where she wrote her thesis on the rhetorical history of the municipal-broadband debate in Seattle.
