Dana leads the broadband-policy team to advocate for telecommunications affordability and communications-policy solutions that serve the public interest. They have written extensively on issues of broadband access and affordability, runaway media consolidation and Net Neutrality. A former Free Press intern, they earned their B.A. in communications and public service at the University of Pennsylvania, where they wrote their thesis on the rhetorical history of the municipal-broadband debate in Seattle.
