Comcast-NBC Deal Delayed, Waits Approval

Full article: Reuters
Paul Thomasch
Comcast's purchase of NBC will be delayed until at least next month, with federal regulators taking longer than the companies had hoped to sort through the deal. According to NBC Chief Jeff Zucker, the completion of the deal is only a matter of time: "We have made substantial progress this month with both the FCC and the Department of Justice, and expect that we will get a 'green light' in January."
