Cox Cable has announced that they'll be taking steps to classify different types of Internet traffic as "time-sensitive," and may delay certain traffic deemed "non-time-sensitive." Squarely on the list of non-time-sensitive is all traffic using peer-to-peer protocols. That includes all bittorrent applications.
