Last week, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit <a href="http://www.mediaaccess.org/press-room/us-court-of-appeals-upholds-fccs-ability-to-protect-low-power-fm-radio#body">upheld a Federal Communications Commission ruling</a> that protects existing Low Power FM stations from being knocked off the air by full power stations.
