 <title>Comcast, Vermont PEG in Finance Dispute</title>

Matt Ryan&lt;br&gt;Comcast intends to cancel its contract with the Burlington, Vt., area PEG access management organization, Regional Educational Technology Network. The cable operator sent the Vermont Public Service board a 25-page petition, accusing RETN of mismanagement. A spokesman for RETN said Comcast is trying to pull the plug to save money and has trumped up the charges.
