John Timmer&lt;br&gt;Sprint/Clearwire&amp;#039;s WiMAX plans may have run into a major speed bump, as a company called ADAPTIX (which offers WiMAX hardware) has sued the duo for patent violations, and is seeking an injunction against further violations.
