Juliana Gruenwald<br>The European Commission adopted harmonized technical rules for its member states aimed at avoiding interference as part of its efforts to boost the deployment of high-speed wireless Internet services. While the commission is not requiring that member states use the spectrum freed up by the digital conversion for wireless broadband, it said it is considering such a move.
