A year ago, Comcast's channel 5 in Bloomington, Ill., had a little bit of everything: high school and college sports and talk shows featuring Twin City officials. All that is gone. The shows went off the air in December when Comcast laid off several local employees, punctuating what the shows' producer says is Comcast's fading support for locally made programming.
