Eliza Krigman&lt;br&gt;In the wake of news that the FCC may be moving forward on a Net Neutrality order for its December meeting, Rep. John Shimkus (R-Ill.) put out the following statement. &amp;quot;The FCC should not be trying to institute a government takeover of the one industry that is currently expanding and creating jobs when we currently have close to ten percent of Americans unemployed,&amp;quot; Shimkus said.
