Jason Hoppin&lt;br&gt;Rep. Anna Eshoo (D-Calif.) said she will seek an 11th term in Congress, seeking a newly redrawn seat that includes parts of Santa Cruz, Santa Clara and San Mateo counties. First elected in 1992, Eshoo is the ranking Democrat on a House subcommittee focused on communication and technology. With a district covering part of Silicon Valley and including tech giants such as Hewlett-Packard, Facebook and others, she has played an important role in the development of broadband and Internet policies.
