NEW YORK -- Supporters of Sen. Barack Obama were more frustrated than those of Sen. John McCain at the conduct of the first presidential debate in Mississippi, according to the "Citizens Media Scorecard." By wide margins, they were more dissatisfied with the narrow scope of the foreign policy questions chosen by moderator Jim Lehrer of PBS.

Katie Couric won't get her debate after all. After several weeks of behind-the-scenes negotiations with the campaigns of Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama, the North Carolina Democratic Party said Monday it was canceling plans for an April 27 debate that would have aired on CBS following "60 Minutes."

CBS' hopes for a primary debate, have been officially dashed. The North Carolina Democratic party announced they are canceling plans for Sunday's debate because they could not get a commitment from Sen. Barack Obama.
