Written Testimony of S. Derek Turner Before the House Subcommittee on Communications, Technology and the Internet

Free Press Research Director S. Derek Turner will testify on March 9 on behalf of Free Press and the SavetheInternet.com coalition before the House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Communications and Technology. Turner’s testimony is part of a hearing on House Joint Resolution 37, a “resolution of disapproval” that seeks to overturn the Network Neutrality rules adopted by the Federal Communications Commission in December.
