Sen. Kohl Letter to NBC CEO Jeff Zucker on Availability of Olympics Programming Online

Sen. Herb Kohl (D-Wis.), chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee's antitrust panel, wrote NBC Universal CEO Jeff Zucker to express concerns with an NBC policy that makes some Olympics programming online available exclusively to people who subscribe to a pay TV service. Kohl said the policy unfairly prevents some consumers from seeing Olympic events.
