FCC Chairm Genachowski to Outline Benefits to Children & Families of National Broadband Plan With Sesame Street’s Elmo

FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski will deliver a major policy speech outlining how the new National Broadband Plan will benefit children and families. The Chairman will also announce child-focused FCC events planned throughout the year to expand the Commission’s proactive policy agenda to help children and empower parents.
