LPFM: Outta the House and Into the Senate!

After ten years, tens of thousands of petition signatures, and hundreds of phone calls -- the Local Community Radio Act was passed by the entire House of Representatives. Now it's up to the Senate, who have finally realized they need to pass some legislation before they go home for the year. We've got to try and get this bill on their agenda.
