iPhone Captures 17 Percent of Worldwide Smartphone Market

According to a recent report, the iPhone has taken a 17.1 percent share of the worldwide smartphone market in the three-month period ending in September. Apple's share is only expected to grow, thanks to expansion into China and the addition of new carriers in multiple countries.
