Verizon's $350 Early Termination Fee Rubs Senator Wrong Way

Verizon's recent decision to double its early termination fees for certain customers has Sen. Amy Klobuchar's (D-Minn.) eyes rolling -- so much so that she wrote a letter to the company and the FCC, calling the move anti-competitive. Verizon, however, says that the fees are "optional."
