Lots of Smoke but Likely to Be Few Flames in D.C. for Comcast-NBC

Yes, a deal between Comcast and NBC Universal should be scrutinized. But the bottom line is there are -- on the surface anyway -- no major regulatory hurdles here that could seriously impede Comcast's taking a majority stake in NBC Universal.
