The FCC finally caught up with the renegade disk jockeys that run Pirate Cat Radio, threatening to fine the station's founder $10,000 for illegal broadcasts. Now, after Pirate Cat's 13 years of successfully evading the FCC, only static emanates from 87.9 FM.
