Public-TV Station to Start Investigative Journalism Unit

Denver public-TV station KBDI is launching a nonprofit investigative journalism unit, Colorado Public News. The news-gathering operation plans to start online and eventually expand to a weekly half-hour TV program. Ann Imse, a former investigative reporter for the Rocky Mountain News, will serve as editor in chief.
