Sun-Times Media Group Purchase Complete

An investor group led by Chicago businessman Jim Tyree completed its acquisition of substantially all of what was once the Sun-Times Media Group Inc. in a transaction valued at $26.5 million, Sun-Times Media Holdings LLC announced.
