Key Lawmaker Backs FCC on Eve of Web Rule

Chairman of the House Subcommittee on Communications, Technology and the Internet Rick Boucher (D-Va.) threw his support behind the FCC's open Internet proposal, despite renewed protests from telecom companies. Boucher said, "The FCC is moving in exactly the right direction."
