Markey: FCC Net Neutrality Proposal Needs Legislative Teeth

In a letter to FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski, Rep. Ed Markey (D-Mass.) and Rep. Anna Eshoo (D-Calif.) provided their support for his Net Neutrality proposal. The two legislators still expect the FCC's new Net Neutrality rules to be a complement to the Internet Freedom Preservation Act to codify Net Neutrality rules.
