Dozens of executives at Internet companies large and small have signed their names to an open letter to FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski urging him to stay the course in regard to his plan to give existing open Internet guidelines the force of regulation. The message comes as the FCC is just beginning the process of deciding whether to codify the agency's Net Neutrality guidelines
