Massachusetts Endorses Three Broadband Stimulus Projects

Three proposals have been picked to receive broadband stimulus funds in Massachusetts: One for the city of Boston, to serve 117,000 homes, one for a 581-mile fiber ring in Western Massachussets, and one for an open community fiber network in Cape Cod.
