Local Radio Bill Advances to Full House Vote

The Local Community Radio Act (HR 1147) has just scored another big win in Congress. The full House Energy and Commerce Committee passed the bill. This may seem like a small step, but for a bill that's lingered in Congress for a long time, it's a giant leap.
