Sen. Al Franken (D-Minn.) isn't wasting any time staking out his position on one of the most controversial policy issues affecting the tech industry. Speaking at the Future of Music Coalition's policy summit, Franken gave an impassioned talk in praise of Net Neutrality, which he called a "21st century reiteration of one of our most important constitutional rights."
