AT&T Accuses Google of Violating Telecom Laws; Google Rejects Claims

AT&T asked the FCC to look into Google's alleged blocking of some phone calls through its Google Voice service, in an effort to link the service to Net Neutrality. But consumer advocates dismissed AT&T's argument as a red herring, and Google said that its service is a free Web-based software -- not a phone service.
