ISPs React, Sort of Support Network Neutrality -- with Caveats

In the wake of a major Network Neutrality speech by FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski, the major Internet service providers have offered surprisingly mild critiques of the plan. AT&T even says it supports all of Genachowski's ideas -- as long as he doesn't try to bring them to wireless.
