Baker: FCC's Broadband Policy Should Reach Unserved Areas

New Republican FCC Commissioner Meredith Attwell Baker says that the highest priority of the agency's broadband policy should be to reach "all remaining unserved areas." She said they would need carefully targeted government approaches, aimed where there are not sufficient market incentives for private industry.
