Russian Court Orders New Inquiry into Anna Politkovskaya Murder

Russia's supreme court ordered a new investigation into the murder of journalist Anna Politkovskaya, in a move her lawyer said gave Russia's heavily criticised authorities a fresh opportunity to catch her killer.
