We Can't Be Neutral on Net Neutrality

The new chairman of the FCC, Julius Genachowski, didn't pussyfoot around when he was asked to explain the agency's stance on Net Neutrality. "This FCC will support Net Neutrality and will enforce any violation of Net Neutrality principles," he declared. But if the telecom heavyweights have their way, they will be the Internet gatekeepers.
