FCC Wants to Define Broadband, Opens Wireless Inquiry

The FCC sought public comment on how to define "broadband," a step that could impact how the industry delivers Internet services to consumers. The agency also said it plans to issue another public notice on its website to study the competitive nature of the wireless industry and how to "encourage further innovation and investment."
