Better Late than Never As FCC Finally Joins Blogosphere

The FCC has at long last joined that large segment of the human race who informally share their thoughts and opinions on the Web, and dare others to respond. The commission is calling its new blog site Blogband, and its purpose is to "foster public dialogue" about the agency's biggest work-in-progress -- the national broadband plan.
