Senator Asks Genachowski to Reaffirm Opposition to Fairness Doctrine

Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) has asked FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski in a letter to "clarify and reaffirm" that he won't reinstate the Fairness Doctrine in any form, in light of the appointment of Mark Lloyd as FCC associate general counsel and chief diversity officer.
