Comcast Still Smarting over Throttling Episode: Comes out Fighting

The FCC under chairman Julius Genachowski has yet to take up the firm Net Neutrality positions trailed before his appointment. Now the latest move by Comcast and its supporters to appeal the famous throttling censure delivered by the FCC last year, could make an enforceable policy even more difficult to engineer.
