Net Neutrality Legislation Returns, But to a Different Playing Field

There may be a silver lining in Apple's shut-out of Google Voice: Rep. Ed Markey (D-Mass.) and other Net Neutrality advocates reintroduced legislation to prohibit network discrimination. This time, Markey has in hand -- and on the front pages -- a clear example of what happens when those that run the networks decide what runs on those networks.
