We are in the midst of the greatest technological transition in our media since the invention of the printing press. An open Internet is driving this change and storming the gates of media's old guard. But they're not letting us in without a fight. Now, Reps. Ed Markey (D-Mass.) and Anna Eshoo (D-Calif.) have introduced a bill that could stand as the First Amendment of the Internet age.
